The program includes 4 sessions from One Thousand Kicks, a $1200 value, along with 9 hours of training and 2 focused ASQ content sessions. • October 29, 2024: Problem Solving Part I: Developing a Problem-Solving Mindset, Coaching, and Root Cause Analysis
• November 5, 2024: Problem Solving Part II: Facilitating 8D Teams and Effective Teamwork
• November 12, 2024: Intro to Flow Part I: Understanding Processes, Value Add, and Lean Leadership
• November 19, 2024: Intro to Flow Part II: Value Stream Mapping
• November 26, 2024: Final Testing and Certification
